Impressively fast and efficient service in every respect from my initial phone call, through the collection process, to the bank transfer made just a very few hours afterwards. Extremely polite, helpful and reassuring operatives promptly fielded every question I had about how to dispose of my ancient motor vehicle. Highly recommended! :-))

What an excellent driver you have,witnessed him picking up a vehicle in Yoakley square,yesterday 1st November, being the road very narrow, with not much room for maneuver, gently avoiding branches of the trees overhanging the road, nothing broke off, he deserves a medal 👏

Car was collected in good time.Dave Masters the driver came and checked the driveway was strong enough for the vehicle before attempting to reverse down it,its fairly narrow but did it with care and consideration.Really impressed, really good bunch of people from Sian in the office to Dave the driver. Not just because of the good service, but the after care was incredible.2 years after I used reclamet I needed to provide proof that the car was collected and transferred to them. I emailed them and within a few minutes received all the information I asked for. So many companies and organisations could learn from this excellent customer care. Went to reclamet today for two tyres. Drove straight in and was met with a friendly smile from two employees. I told them what I wanted and before I knew it the car had been jacked up wheels off,new tyres on ..done. Always visit and always a great job smile and banter 10/10 guys
