Brilliant service received from Reclamet! We dealt with Lydia who was very helpful and efficient

I rarely write reviews, but this company is well deserved of one. Not just because of the good service, but the after care was incredible.2 years after I used reclamet I needed to provide proof that the car was collected and transferred to them. I emailed them and within a few minutes received all the information I asked for. So many companies and organisations could learn from this excellent customer care. Thank you reclamet for your speedy, friendly and helpful customer service.

After a family member died,I popped down to Reclamet to purchase a BMW steering wheel to spray paint white and lay in loving memory of him, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request. It took at least a hour and two sites for them to get this and they were so thoughtful they didn't even charge us. Thank you so much your service time and donation it is truly appreciated! I would recommend anytime. So thoughtful thanks again!

Absolutely outstanding service! For the TFL Scrappage scheme! Driver brilliant and so polite that collected my peugeot van ! Sian was so clear and gave me all the information I needed! Van collected on the day we booked it in ! Payment made that day and certificate of destruction sent ! Fantastic service! I used this company in October 2022. I haven’t had the time to leave this review but felt it necessary as the service was so good. A very polite and professional service. I spoke to a very helpful lady named Emma in the morning. The car was collected by lunchtime and I received the money in my bank account in the afternoon. Car was collected in good time.Dave Masters the driver came and checked the driveway was strong enough for the vehicle before attempting to reverse down it,its fairly narrow but did it with care and consideration.Really impressed, really good bunch of people from Sian in the office to Dave the driver. Would certainly recommend.

I had a Ford Galaxy that has come to the limit of its useful life. I phoned Reclamet and they made the whole car recycling process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Cheery, helpful and knowledgeable office staff, good prices, prompt service to sort out the arrangements. On the day of collection, I was contacted by polite and courteous lorry driver ahead of his arrival, the collection and removal went without a problem.Payment was made promptly on the same day. A very professional set- up; highly efficient, friendly and above all trustworthy. The lady in the office was extremely helpful in providing the document for processing the scrapping of a foreign registered vehicle.

After searching for the best place to say goodbye to our dead car, Reclamet came up and based in Kent; I thought PERFECT! They really were great, from communication through to clarity - it was all so easy and pain free. Thank you for all the great customer service

Beware of George and his great promise. Multiple phonecalls within 5mins of speaking to him finally accepted and agreed to a good deal. Car was picked up very quickly the next day and taken away for scrap. He Then promised the money in my account by 6pm...just to let you know they shut there phone lines at 5pm so no way of contacting them. Beautiful sales pitch to to avoid the payment not going in, was expecting to be honest(that's me lie). I will 'hopefully' get my money for scrap car 'probably' Monday as there closed over weekend. But fair play George for insisting on a review. Not your fault mate just part of a c#ntish system. Other than that 5 out of 5 for customer service and speedy collection of car.....fingers crossed for monday payment 💪

I had some deep scratches on my front bumper which Reclamet sanded and resprayed to a perfect finish they picked up my car from home and returned it next day.
