I had some deep scratches on my front bumper which Reclamet sanded and resprayed to a perfect finish they picked up my car from home and returned it next day. I would thoughly recommend this company for the excellent quality of their work. Staff were very kind and courteous. It was a pleasure to meet them

It was time sadly for the car to go to scrapyard heaven, but the process was made so easy for us, from Sian at Reclamet dealing very promptly with all the paperwork, to the absolute star who came to collect the car on the day, what a lovely chap, cheerful, chatty, such excellent Customer service, thank you to you all at Reclamet, definitely recommend this 1st Class service.

This companies the real deal. Phoned up to enquire about some parts that weren’t even on sale. They happend to have a car on the shelf and specifically took it off the shelf to confirm they have what I needed.they also fulfilled my request to supply me an off cut of some wiring looms.Highly recommend

Van collected on the day we booked it in ! Payment made that day and certificate of destruction sent ! Fantastic service! On the day of collection, I was contacted by polite and courteous lorry driver ahead of his arrival, the collection and removal went without a problem.Payment was made promptly on the same day. What an excellent driver you have,witnessed him picking up a vehicle in Yoakley square,yesterday 1st November, being the road very narrow, with not much room for maneuver, gently avoiding branches of the trees overhanging the road, nothing broke off, he deserves a medal 👏

Not just because of the good service, but the after care was incredible.2 years after I used reclamet I needed to provide proof that the car was collected and transferred to them. I emailed them and within a few minutes received all the information I asked for. So many companies and organisations could learn from this excellent customer care. Went to reclamet today for two tyres. Drove straight in and was met with a friendly smile from two employees. I told them what I wanted and before I knew it the car had been jacked up wheels off,new tyres on ..done. Always visit and always a great job smile and banter 10/10 guys

Beware of George and his great promise. Multiple phonecalls within 5mins of speaking to him finally accepted and agreed to a good deal. Car was picked up very quickly the next day and taken away for scrap. He Then promised the money in my account by 6pm...just to let you know they shut there phone lines at 5pm so no way of contacting them. Beautiful sales pitch to to avoid the payment not going in, was expecting to be honest(that's me lie). I will 'hopefully' get my money for scrap car 'probably' Monday as there closed over weekend. But fair play George for insisting on a review. Not your fault mate just part of a c#ntish system. Other than that 5 out of 5 for customer service and speedy collection of car.....fingers crossed for monday payment 💪
